What started out as a spark in the mind of Producer and Polar Entertainment A&R DJ O-Sharp, theFWD; a collaborative effort between individual artists and Polar Entertainment label mates Ceezar & Satele is a strong fusion of instrumental and lyrical fire.
Christopher Hearn, also known by his stage name, Ceezar is a talented musician and young scholar originally from Columbus, Ohio. Armed with clever lyrical content and well executed cadence, Ceez’s words are the fuel.
Ohio native music producer Satele brings the heat with his highly inventive instrumentals. Best known for cooking up dope music, Satele’s production style blends the emotion of R&B with the culture of Hip Hop, then mixes in a Rock edge and tops it off with a twist of Electronica.
Ceezar and Satele have a shared passion for creating music filled with a sound that they call “young, curious and bold.” theFWD is a well-orchestrated combination of musical styles that complement each other, and the end result? Music that is fresh in sound and energetic in feeling.
Now working closely with DJ O-Sharp and the Staff at Polar Entertainment; the record label owned by legendary artist and producer J Rawls, theFWD is already being predicted by some to be: “The future of Ohio music.”
